The Landman Team
Tanner Landers - Co-Founder
Tanner Landers is a 26-year-old construction professional with a strong background in both new builds and remodels. In 2019, he earned his associate degree in Construction Management from Baton Rouge Community College and has since spent the last eight years gaining valuable experience by working on and coordinating a wide range of projects. Tanner believes that hard work and attention to detail are the keys to building not only quality projects but also a meaningful life. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending most weekends outdoors. He also loves grilling, college football, and spending time with his wife and friends.
Jacob Foreman - Co-Founder
Jacob was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was homeschooled for much of his early life before graduating from Silliman Institute. He went on to attend Louisiana State University, where he met his wife, Ali. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys sports, fast cars, exercising, and spending quality time with friends and family. He has a deep love for the outdoors, and whether it’s hunting, fishing, or camping, he feels most at home in nature. During his high school and college years, Jacob discovered his passion for construction and began gaining hands-on experience in the field. After working with several professionals and honing his skills, he partnered with his best friend, Tanner, to start a company of their own. Following three successful years building a business in Louisiana, Jacob and Tanner brought their talents to Knoxville, TN, where they continue to pursue their vision through Landman Construction.
